Bloom bags are our line of grow-at-home mushroom bags. Each bag is carefully crafted with species-selected substrates and inculcated with commercial strains of mushrooms that we fruit at the farm. We offer two sizes of grow bags, a small "baby bloom" that is 2.5 lbs and our large Bloom Bag that is 5 lbs. 

Lions Mane mushrooms are a popular mushroom with a texture like crab or lobster meat. It can be used with butter and garlic, dry sautéed and put in curries, or as a substitute for white fish.
